Why is there a difference between ‘PC gaming’ and ‘PC games’?
When you’re looking at a game that is a PC game, the distinction is pretty clear.
For example, a PC-exclusive title like the recent “Metro” might make it look like you’re playing on a computer, but you’re actually playing on your Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
PC gaming, on the other hand, refers to anything that you can’t play on a console or a PC.
In the case of “Metro,” for example, the game is actually playing as an Xbox One game.
PC gamers can play it on PC, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
What’s more, if you’re a PC gamer, you can play games that are exclusively for PC.
“It’s pretty easy to tell,” says Chris Parnell, an independent game developer and CEO of “The Gamers’ Club,” an independent platform for PC gamers.
“If you look at the Xbox One and PS4, it’s pretty clear that the PC games are PC games.
They are not Xbox One games.
And if you look closely at the PC gaming market, it looks like it’s going to continue to be PC-only.”
“I’ve never seen PC games with a single gamepad, so it’s like, ‘Oh my God, I don’t understand this!'” says Michael Pardue, the president of the Independent Games Festival.
“I haven’t even played it on my own Xbox.
I have a PC with it.
But how do you know what’s PC gaming and what’s not?
The word “gamer” isn’t part of the official definition, and it’s not even clear that people are using it to define their preferred PC platform.
“There are a lot of people who say, ‘PC gamer,'” says Pardu.
It sounds like they mean the same thing as PC gamer.
But when they’re talking about the PC, they’re really talking about someone who’s not a PC user, and they’re not talking about a gamer.”
In other words, the term PC gamer is a bit of a stretch.
It doesn’t mean everyone who plays a game on their PC is a “gamer,” and PC gamers are mostly gamers who have a console.
That said, PC gaming is a market that includes PC game developers.
In 2017, “Metro 2033” was released for PC, with a “full” Xbox One version.
But this year, Microsoft announced that “Metro: Last Light” will be released for Xbox One in 2019.
It looks like this will be the last game for Xbox Live Arcade for a while.
And with the Xbox game streaming service launching in 2019, PC gamers will be able to stream games to their consoles.
In 2018, “The Sims” and “Fallout 4” were released for PCs.
It didn’t take long for the term to catch on.
“Everybody knows PC gamer,” says Parnu.
The term has been used in other industries, like software development, for example.
But it doesn’t apply to PC gamers, who have little to no control over the hardware they’re playing.
“They have a very limited market,” says Michael Cone, a senior manager at Microsoft’s game studio.
“We are not going to allow a consumer to go out and buy a game just because they want to buy it.
They have to buy the game and play it.”
In fact, “PC gaming” is a relatively new term, and PC gaming isn’t even officially considered a genre in the gaming world.
“You don’t really have a word for that anymore,” says David Braben, a designer and creator of the “Call of Duty” franchise.
“People don’t refer to PC gaming as PC gaming because it’s a PC thing.
PC games exist on other platforms, and a lot more people play them.”
So what’s next?
PC gaming has come a long way in the past decade, but PC gaming will never be the same again.
For now, PC games can be played on consoles, but they won’t be able play on PC.
The biggest change will come in 2018, when Microsoft’s Xbox One comes out.
For a long time, the Xbox was seen as the home of gaming, but as more and more people bought Xbox consoles, people started to realize that the console wasn’t just a gaming console.
In a survey conducted by the Pew Research Center, 64 percent of people say they don’t own a game console, compared to just 24 percent who said they own a gaming PC.
PC game development is also getting more attention.
“The console is a big piece of the puzzle,” says James, the former director of Microsoft’s entertainment division.
“Console games are kind of the only thing that makes sense for the PC platform.”
“The PC gaming platform has matured into the PC game platform,” says Kevin Gaffney, a game developer who is a senior partner at the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.
